Common questions
What happens if a scan fails?
If the pipeline errors before producing results, your full credit reservation is automatically refunded. You never pay for a scan that returned nothing.
Why charge per business scanned rather than per lead?
Because scanning is the real work — visiting Google Maps, checking websites, extracting contact info. A 100-business scan that only qualifies 20 leads still ran 100 checks. This model is more honest: you pay for what the tool actually does.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack, use it at your own pace.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
