why do i need to link a card for the free credits?
the 15 free credits are gated behind linking a payment method, but you are not charged until you decide to buy a credit pack. it cuts down on disposable signups and lets us hand out a more useful free trial. you can remove the card any time and you will still keep any unused credits.
what happens if a scan finds fewer businesses than i requested?
the credits you spent on that scan are still used — we charge for the attempt, not the result. to get the best find rate, broaden your location or check our suggested niche guide. setting contact filters also helps focus the scan on reachable businesses.
why charge upfront per requested business rather than per lead found?
because the work — querying google places, scoring leads, generating pitches — is committed the moment you click start. results vary by location and niche; the work doesn't. this model keeps pricing predictable: you know exactly what you'll pay before you submit.
do credits expire?
no. credits never expire. buy a pack, use it at your own pace.
can i get a refund on unused credits?
